There are people in the world who want to live like water, but they’re dripping…
Shunsaku, a Waterworks Division employee of a local city, is in charge of “water outages”. He stops the water services by visiting households and stores with outstanding water bills. Shunsaku is thirsty for something, as he’s hated by those he visits, those poor families who cannot afford even the water bills.
Shunsaku has a wife and son who are on the verge of divorce, but their separated life continues for a long time, so they become thirstier and thirstier…
Meanwhile, he meets two small, abandoned sisters in his water suspension task, who resembled the image of his son. He reaches out to the sisters so as to quench himself…
